توضّح هذه السياسة شنو البيانات اللي يجمعها تطبيق زخم («زخم» أو «إحنا»)، وليش نجمعها، وشلون نحميها، وشنو حقوقك. باستخدامك للتطبيق أو الموقع، أنت توافق على هذه السياسة.
This policy explains what data the Zkham app (“Zkham”, “we”) collects, why we collect it, how we protect it, and what your rights are. By using the app or this website, you agree to this policy.
1البيانات اللي نجمعها1Data we collect
- بيانات الحساب: إيميلك. وإذا دخلت بحساب قوقل أو أبل، نستلم الاسم والإيميل اللي يرسلونه لنا (وأبل ممكن ترسل إيميل مخفي بدل إيميلك الحقيقي).
- الملف الشخصي: الاسم، والصورة (اختيارية)، والجنس، والهدف. وإذا استخدمت حساب السعرات اليومية: العمر والطول والوزن ومستوى النشاط.
- بيانات التدريب: الأسلوب اللي اخترته، والتمارين اللي سجّلتها (الجولات والتكرارات والأوزان)، ودقائق الكارديو، والنقاط، والتقارير الأسبوعية.
- بيانات الأكل: السعرات والوجبات اللي تسجّلها. وإذا مسحت باركود، نرسل رقم الباركود بس عشان نجيب بيانات المنتج. وإذا استخدمت ميزة تحليل صورة الأكل، الصورة تنرسل لمزوّد ذكاء اصطناعي عشان يقدّر السعرات بس.
- الاشتراك: الدفع يتم عن طريق أبل. إحنا ما نستلم بيانات بطاقتك، نستلم حالة اشتراكك بس.
- بيانات تقنية: نوع الجهاز، ونسخة التطبيق، وتقارير الأعطال، عشان نصلّح المشاكل.
- Account data: your email address. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive the name and email they share with us (Apple may share a private relay email instead of your real one).
- Profile: name, photo (optional), gender and goal. If you use the daily calorie target: age, height, weight and activity level.
- Training data: your chosen style, the workouts you log (sets, reps and weights), cardio minutes, points and weekly reports.
- Food data: calories and meals you log. If you scan a barcode, only the barcode number is sent to look up the product. If you use food-photo analysis, the photo is sent to an AI provider solely to estimate calories.
- Subscription: payments are handled by Apple. We never receive your card details, only your subscription status.
- Technical data: device type, app version and crash reports, so we can fix problems.

- عشان نشغّل التطبيق: حسابك، وبرنامجك، ونقاطك، وتقاريرك.
- عشان نرتّب الدوري ونعرض ترتيبك.
- عشان نرسل لك كود الدخول، ونرد على رسائل الدعم.
- عشان نحسّن التطبيق ونحميه من الاستخدام الخاطئ.
- To run the app: your account, program, points and reports.
- To run the league and show your ranking.
- To send your sign-in code and answer support requests.
- To improve the app and protect it from misuse.
إحنا ما نبيع بياناتك، وما نستخدمها لإعلانات طرف ثالث، وما نتتبّعك بين التطبيقات والمواقع الثانية.
We do not sell your data, we do not use it for third-party advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
3شنو يشوفه غيرك3What others can see
إذا شاركت بالدوري، المشتركين الثانيين يشوفون اسمك وصورتك ونقاطك وترتيبك بس. وإذا شاركت تقريرك الأسبوعي، أنت اللي تختار وين ترسله.
If you take part in the league, other members can see only your name, photo, points and rank. If you share your weekly report, you choose where it goes.
4وين تنحفظ بياناتك4Where your data is stored
بياناتك محفوظة على سيرفرات Supabase بالاتحاد الأوروبي (فرانكفورت، ألمانيا)، ومشفّرة وهي تنتقل بين جهازك والسيرفر. وفيديوهات التمارين تنحفظ على جهازك عشان تشتغل أسرع.
Your data is stored on Supabase servers in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany) and is encrypted in transit between your device and the server. Exercise videos are cached on your device so they load faster.
5مزوّدو الخدمة5Service providers
نتعامل مع شركات تساعدنا نشغّل الخدمة، وكل وحدة تستلم اللي تحتاجه بس:
We work with companies that help us run the service, and each receives only what it needs:
- Supabase: السيرفر وقاعدة البيانات وتسجيل الدخول.
- Google وApple: تسجيل الدخول بحساباتهم.
- Apple: الاشتراكات والدفع عن طريق App Store.
- Open Food Facts: بيانات المنتجات من رقم الباركود.
- مزوّد ذكاء اصطناعي: تقدير السعرات من صورة الأكل (إذا استخدمت الميزة).
- مزوّد إرسال إيميلات: إرسال كود الدخول.
- Supabase: servers, database and sign-in.
- Google and Apple: sign-in with their accounts.
- Apple: subscriptions and payments through the App Store.
- Open Food Facts: product details from a barcode number.
- An AI provider: calorie estimates from food photos (only if you use that feature).
- An email delivery provider: sending your sign-in code.
ممكن نكشف البيانات إذا طلبها القانون أو جهة رسمية مختصة.
We may disclose data if required by law or by a competent authority.
6مدة الحفظ وحذف الحساب6Retention and account deletion
نحفظ بياناتك طول ما حسابك موجود. تقدر تحذف حسابك في أي وقت من صفحة «حسابي» داخل التطبيق، أو تراسلنا. بعد الحذف نمسح بياناتك خلال 30 يوم، إلا اللي يلزمنا القانون نحفظه. وحذف الحساب ما يلغي اشتراك أبل، لازم تلغيه من إعدادات جهازك.
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page in the app, or by emailing us. After deletion we erase your data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription; cancel it in your device settings.
7حقوقك7Your rights
حسب البلد اللي تعيش فيه، من حقك تطلب نسخة من بياناتك، أو تعدّلها، أو تحذفها، أو تعترض على استخدامها. راسلنا ونرد عليك خلال 30 يوم.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or US state privacy laws), you may request a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or object to how it is used. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
8الأطفال8Children
التطبيق مو موجّه لمن عمره أقل من 13 سنة، وما نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. إذا عرفت إن طفل سجّل، راسلنا ونحذف حسابه.
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we will delete the account.

زخم مو خدمة طبية، والمعلومات اللي فيه مو بديل عن استشارة الطبيب.
Zkham is not a medical service, and its content is not a substitute for advice from a doctor.
10التغييرات على السياسة10Changes to this policy
إذا غيّرنا هذه السياسة نحدّث التاريخ فوق، وإذا كان التغيير مهم نبلّغك داخل التطبيق.
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and we will notify you in the app if the change is significant.
