Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Zkham app and website (“Zkham”, “we”). By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old. You sign in with your email and a one-time code, and you are responsible for activity on your account. The information you provide must be accurate.
2Health notice
Zkham provides training, cardio and nutrition content for information and motivation only. It is not a medical service and is not a substitute for a doctor. Consult your doctor before starting any exercise or diet program, especially if you have a health condition or injury. You train at your own risk; stop immediately if you feel pain or dizziness.
3Subscriptions and payments
Subscriptions and coach programs are purchased in the app through Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple account settings. Payments and refunds are handled under Apple’s policies. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
Apple Standard EULA.
Unless Zkham provides its own licence agreement, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies.
4League, points and fair play
Points are calculated on our servers according to the app’s rules (the “How points are calculated” page), and we may adjust the rules to keep them fair. Any cheating — such as fake or duplicate photos, logging sets you did not do, or using multiple accounts — allows us to remove points, remove you from leagues, or suspend the account.
Challenges are real-world events in public places (such as Al Shaheed Park). Sign-up is for subscribers, attendance is confirmed by the Zkham team, and challenge points are added to the monthly league once confirmed. You take part at your own risk and must follow the venue’s rules and the organisers’ instructions. We may postpone or cancel any challenge.
6Content and ownership
All Zkham content (programs, videos, designs, logo) belongs to Zkham or its coaches and is licensed to you for personal training use only. You may not copy, sell or redistribute it. You are responsible for the photos and names you add to your profile, which must be appropriate.
We may suspend or delete any account that breaks these terms or abuses other players. You can delete your own account at any time from the Account page.
8Limitation of liability
