تقدر تحذف حسابك وكل بياناتك بزخم بأي وقت.

You can delete your Zkham account and all of your data at any time.

1من داخل التطبيق (الأسرع)1From the app (fastest)

1. افتح تطبيق زخم وادخل حسابك.
2. روح لصفحة «حسابي».
3. اضغط «حذف الحساب» وأكّد.

1. Open the Zkham app and sign in.
2. Go to the Account page.
3. Tap “Delete account” and confirm.

قبل الحذف تقدر تنزّل نسخة من بياناتك من نفس الصفحة.

Before deleting, you can download a copy of your data from the same page.

2بالإيميل2By email

إذا ما تقدر تدخل التطبيق، راسلنا من نفس الإيميل المسجّل على ZkhamPT@gmail.com بعنوان «حذف الحساب»، ونحذفه خلال 30 يوم ونبلّغك.

If you cannot access the app, email us from your registered address at ZkhamPT@gmail.com with the subject “Delete account”, and we will delete it within 30 days and confirm.

3شنو ينحذف3What is deleted

ينحذف حسابك وملفك الشخصي وصورتك وتمارينك ونقاطك وترتيبك بالدوريات وتسجيلاتك بالتحديات وبيانات الأكل والماي. بعض البيانات ممكن نحفظها لمدة محدودة إذا يلزمنا القانون. التفاصيل بـ سياسة الخصوصية.

Your account, profile, photo, workouts, points, league rankings, challenge sign-ups and food and water logs are deleted. Some data may be kept for a limited time where required by law. See the privacy policy for details.

4الاشتراك4Subscription

حذف الحساب ما يلغي اشتراك أبل. ألغه من إعدادات الآيفون ← اسمك ← الاشتراكات.

Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
